For the first time ever, we are also offering a tilt-column machine to cater for customers who prefer the ergonomics of this arrangement. The ProBike M600 has the same chassis as the premier quality M500. However, on this model the air-powered column tilts away at the touch of a pedal. Both the column tilt & return operation and the head locking mechanism are completely air powered and automatic, ensuring there are no wear-prone manual friction locks. The demount head automatically lifts clear from the wheel rim and sets its clearance in both directions at the touch of a button. As with all our tyre changers, it has plastic insert covers over all parts which can possibly come in contact with the wheel to be doubly safe. The simple pneumatic operation eliminates all the wear-prone mechanical locking mechanisms and levers found on economy tilt-column machines.
